Giveaway

Lately, I have been cooking up a storm.  Since LML is not staying at home during the week, I am making him small frozen meals that he can heat up as he needs.

In fact this week alone, I have made a Beef Stew and Pioneer Woman's Chicken Spaghetti.  They both have been big hits with both LML and myself!  I have a few recipes that I want to conquer over the next few weeks, but I want to spice things up and try new recipes.

That is where you can help.  I am going to host a giveaway.

First of all, if you comment on this post and leave me the recipe or a link to your favorite casserole or other meal that can freeze well I will enter you to win your choice of either Catering to Charleston cookbook or Tables of Content cookbook.

These are two of my favorite cookbooks, and I would love to share them with you.

You can get another entry by posting on your blog about this giveaway and leaving me a comment here with a link.

All comments must be received by NOON (Central Time) on Thursday, January 13th.

To summarize, you can earn up to two entries by posting a link to your favorite casserole or other dish that freezes well and by posting about this giveaway on your blog!

  1. What a great giveaway! I would love to win Catering to Charleston!

My favorite recipe right now in general is the Pioneer Woman's French Onion Soup! Oh my word, it is delicious!!!! I could eat a whole pot of it myself! I imagine it would freeze well too. Here's the link.
